Yoga is a physical and mental discipline which, when practiced regularly, allows you to gain greater strength, vitality and flexibility of your body and mind.
You can choose from a variety of Yoga classes within each week with appropriate classes suitable for everyone, no matter whether they are a beginner or an ongoing student of Yoga, healthy, injured, pregnant, or simply in need of some healing.
Our classes are based in mindfulness and range from traditional classical Hatha, Yin/Yang, Restorative and to the more philosophical. All classes combine gentle and powerful techniques to help relieve symptoms of stress, gain improved fitness and self-development.
Our style is classical Hatha Yoga strongly influenced by the ancient teachings of Gheranda Samhita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Shiva Samhita and primarily, Patanjali’s Sutras.
