For people who are recovering from injury or illness, pregnant, or simply for a gentle practice to build strength before participating in a more general class.
Gentle, simple but effective movements and techniques are taught and where people are encouraged to take time to reflect on how those techniques affected them. Restorative students enjoy longer relaxation and meditation time after gentle limbering to restore their body and mind and ease their aches and pains.
