  1. Yoga Australia is a resource and advocacy organisation for yoga teachers in Australia. It aims to promote yoga as a professional modality of physical, mental and social well being.   2. Australian Association of Yoga Therapists is an association dedicated to research and promotion of Yoga as a Therapy. www.yogatherapy.org.au
  3. This has a directory of all International Yoga Teachers Association's qualified teachers who are currently teaching in Australia.www.iyta.org.au
  4. Australia’s own Yoga magazine: Australian Yoga Life. It has a directory of teachers in all areas of Australia. www.ayl.com.au

  6. A wonderful American resource covering all aspects of yoga. www.yrec.org

  8. Judith Lasater's work is well researched and presented. Judith is from the Iyengar tradition and teaches her students and readers how to adapt Yoga to daily life. www.judithlasater.com
