You can register your interest to participate in a yoga class or enrol for a term of classes by emailing or phoning Greenwood Yoga Academy.

Please note that this is NOT a contract. Rather it is required for the purpose of OS&H and to enable the teacher to understand your needs.

Before you take part in any session at GYA you are required to complete a Registration Form.

The information you are required to provide includes your:

Name

Contact details—home address and phone number

Health conditions and whether you are pregnant.

Details of any medication you are taking.
-
Yoga experience if any.

Aspects of yoga you wish to learn about and desired affects you are looking for from your yoga practice (tick the boxes).

Signature and date once you have read and completed the form.
How and when do I pay for the class or term?

Greenwood Yoga Academy does not accept credit cards.

Casual rate is $18 per session - paid on arrival at the Academy before the session commences.

Term fees are $15 per session if payment is made on the first day of term (10 weeks = $150) or from the date of commencement (pro rata).

Payment of cash or cheque (made payable to Greenwood Yoga Academy) .

What happens to the information on the Registration Form?

The teacher will view it before you commence the class to ensure your needs are met.

It is filed as ‘Confidential’ and not used for any other purpose.
If you register for an entire term and cannot attend a session please you are encouraged to contact GYA to make alternative arrangements to attend at another time within the term you are enrolled for.
